On Saturday, March 28, 2015, Fulcher Hagler Partner, Mike Loebl, volunteered his service in a wills and power-of-attorney clinic at the Augusta office of the Georgia Legal Services Program, a local. During the clinic, approximately seven attorneys (three of which are employed by GLSP) assisted in the execution of various will and power-of-attorney documents [at no charge] for qualifying individuals whom GLSP had pre-screened.
GLSP serves approximately 10,000 clients per year with a goal to not only provide access to justice but also methods out of poverty. They practice with the “whole client” mentality — ensuring clients reach safety first, followed by income and housing stability.
Mr. Loebl has a passion for the law and giving back to the community he calls home. In addition to the volunteer clinics, Mr. Loebl also serves as secretary on the Board of Directors of GLSP.
