In an effort to make seasons bright for those less fortunate this holiday season, Fulcher Hagler became involved in two charitable events that everyone in their office could participate in, and one that included client participation.
The first was a Lunch and Learn Employment Law seminar, held free of charge to Fulcher Hagler clients on November 18, 2015. It was held at the Augusta Ronald McDonald House, and those attending the seminar were asked to bring a gift for man, women, boy or girl for Christmas. The gifts would then be held by the Ronald McDonald House in their “gift closet” until Christmas time for distribution to those that are staying in the House during the holiday season. In addition to attending clients, our staff was invited to bring gifts as well.
The event was a huge success, as many gifts were gathered from Fulcher Hagler employees and the kind clients that were excited to see the newer Ronald McDonald House and give a gift to a parent or child that wouldn’t be able to make it home at Christmas due to having a sick child in the hospital.
Around the same few days, Fulcher Hagler staff also collected numerous coats for a coat drive to help the current Leadership Augusta class who distributed them to the needy. Many coats were brought in and they are now being used by those in need in our community.
