Located in Augusta, Georgia, Fulcher Hagler LLP has represented a variety of businesses and individuals since our founding in 1946 by brothers William M. Fulcher and Edwin D. Fulcher. Today, the firm practices primarily in the areas of commercial and civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels, including medical malpractice defense, transportation litigation, governmental liability defense, and probate litigation; strategic tax, business, and estate planning; probate and estate/trust administration matters; business succession planning; small business, corporate, and nonprofit law; employment law; and commercial real estate closings. Our clients are individuals and businesses based throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and the Southeast. They include railroad and other transportation companies, medical practices, professionals, financial institutions, manufacturers, insurance companies, schools, churches, family trusts, governmental entities and service boards.
