Nicole DeLoach has committed to upholding liberty and justice throughout her journey to becoming an attorney and is now committed to such for her clients in her role as an associate with Fulcher Hagler’s litigation team. Nicole began her path to litigation when she enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as a young adult, where she first developed her passion for honor, courage and commitment. After suffering an unfortunate injury that eventually led to her honorable discharge, Nicole set out on a journey to find a new way to serve her country and defend the ideals of our constitution.
After graduating from Barton College, Nicole attended Georgia State University College of Law and received her Juris Doctor. While attending law school, Nicole had the privilege of working at the Health Law Partnership Legal Clinic, a competitive program where students represent clients under the supervision of practicing attorneys on a variety of legal issues. Nicole represented multiple children and their families in appealing social security benefit denials, securing benefits for children who were experiencing disabilities. Her work with this clinic and her diligent representation of her clients earned her the Health Law Partnership Legal Services Clinic Award. She also worked with the Philip C. Cook Low Income Taxpayer Clinic as a graduate assistant, screening clients who were seeking assistance from the clinic. For her work in this role, she received the Atlanta Bar Foundation J.B. Moore Tax Clinic Client Service Award as a result of her dedication to ensuring that each client she spoke to felt like their issues had been heard, their questions had been answered and that they had someone on their side.
Upon graduating law school and being admitted to the Georgia Bar Association, Nicole began her legal career working for Georgia Legal Services Program, a non-profit law firm that provides civil legal services for clients who cannot otherwise afford an attorney. Nicole gained a wide range of experience in this role, including representing clients in unemployment benefits appeals, representing victims of domestic violence in getting protective orders against their abusers, representing clients facing unfair evictions, and drafting various estate planning documents. Throughout her work, Nicole has continued to remain committed to providing thorough and compassionate representation to every client she assists.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband, stepdaughter, and newborn son, as well as with her two dogs and cat. She is also a member of the Augusta Bar Association, Augusta Bar Family Law Section, and the Augusta Trial Lawyers Association.
