Ralph J. D’Agostino III

Ralph D’Agostino embarked on a dynamic career journey characterized by his unwavering commitment to justice and equity. As a former Division I lacrosse player turned legal luminary, Ralph’s path has evolved to encompass diverse legal domains, from class action advocacy to business, tax, and estate planning.

Following his tenure at Syracuse University, where he excelled both athletically and academically, Ralph pursued his Juris Doctor degree at Wake Forest University School of Law.

During his time at Wake Forest, Ralph seized an opportunity to intern with the NFL Management Council, gaining invaluable insights into sports law and professional advocacy. He was also a member of the BLSA Trial team, a board member of the Federalist Society, a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business & Intellectual Property Law, a North Carolina Business Court blogger, a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and a member of the Veterans Advocacy Legal Organization.

Upon graduating from law school, Ralph embarked on a distinguished career as a class action attorney, specializing in representing marginalized communities in complex litigation. His strategic approach to legal advocacy earned him widespread acclaim and positioned him as a formidable force within the legal community.

Now, Ralph is poised to embark on a new frontier as a business, tax, and estate planning attorney. Leveraging his expertise in advocacy and his commitment to excellence, Ralph is prepared to provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients navigating the complexities of business operations, tax obligations, and estate planning strategies.

In his free time, Ralph enjoys watching sports, exercising, and spending time with his wife and newborn son. He is an active member of Journey Community Church in Evans.
