Thomas Parfenchuck represents clients in a wide range of financial matters. Thomas joined the firm as an associate for the business, tax, and estate group in early 2025. He is driven to help every client on their path to achieving long-term goals and solving complex legal challenges.
Prior to law school, Thomas worked at Oracle Corp., where he discovered a passion for helping small business owners and leaders. Thomas decided to leave the world of tech sales to pursue his legal education at Mercer University School of Law.
During his tenure at Mercer, Thomas focused his studies on business and taxation law. He was a member of the Second Amendment Society and the Rural Law Student Association and had the honor of being a member of the inaugural class of the Mercer Law Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. After graduating from Mercer, Thomas attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law to take part in the LL.M. in Taxation program.
Prior to joining Fulcher Hagler, Thomas was a staff attorney for the Waycross Judicial Circuit, where he worked under Judge J. Kelly Brooks and Judge Jeffrey H. Kight.
An Augusta native, Thomas enjoys spending free time on the Savannah River, attending concerts, and watching golf and football.
